Balance + Isolated Shoulder Mobility

This class is a bit dynamic. After a warmup we will work through a leg flow with a bunch of balance work. Then, we move into our arms and shoulders. This is the bit I want you to slow down and really consider in your body. Shoulder rotation is complicated. Did you know you have 17 muscles that attach to your scapula (shoulder blade)? Did you know your rotator cuff is made up of 4 muscles? Did you know your shoulder can move in six different directions (Abduction, adduction, flexion, extension, internal and external rotation)?! It is an entire ecosystem of mobility, flexibility and strength. I hope you have fun with this one!
