Deep Stretch: Hips

Spend a little time stretching your hips! This class is low intensity low impact and suitable for just about anyone. We jump right into things and spend about 3-8 breaths in each shape. I try to talk less and give you the time to drop into the feeling in your body. A good class if you want to stay consistent with your movement practice but don’t exactly want to work out. Enjoy!
