Mini Reset

This mini meditation starts with gentle movement to get your body ready to sit in stillness. We will move into a little visualization exercise and then spend the remainder of the time with breath work. The breath practice is a simplified version of the 4-7-8 technique. It is helpful for quieting the mind, reducing anxiety and helping you sleep. Try it out, maybe you keep it in your toolbox for times when life gets tough. Sending you lots and lots of love.
