Hips!

This flow is all about hip abduction and hip opening. In this class, we move through a series of postures designed to strengthen and increase the flexibility of the muscles that allow your hips to open and move your legs away from the midline of your body. If the class feels challenging, feel free to pause at any time and spend a little longer in the postures. As always, listen to your body, do what feels good, and skip what doesn’t.
