Core Burner

Spend 20 minutes working your core! The first half of the class is on your back. No equipment necessary, I don’t even use a yoga mat. Then we move to table top for the second half of the class. I do everything in table top on my hands, but if you have any wrist issues you can always drop to your forearms! It’s short and spicy. Enjoy!
