Chill Flow with Blocks + Fallen Flamingo

This class is a really accessible all levels flow. We use blocks under our hands to lift away from the earth. These blocks allow us to have more control over the depth and intensity of our postures. You don't need blocks but they will help especially if you are looking for a slightly more gentle practice. There is one quite challenging balance posture that I snuck in there - Fallen Flamingo. Don't worry about it too much, if you feel like that is something you want to try, do so mindfully, but you will still get the maximum out of this practice if you decide to skip it. Have fun!
